Four countries in one day: it must be EuroTech

8/11/2011

Yesterday was a very long and exciting day for students on EuroTech. We left the hotel in London bright and early and drove to the white cliffs of Dover to take a ferry across the English Channel to Calais, France.

The Channel was pretty rough (thankfully we brought some drammamine) but we made it to Calais in good time and set off for Brugge, Belguim.

Brugge is the only remaining original Midieval city and it is absolutely awesome. It is known for it's architecture, fresh fish, and chocolate. We enjoyed plenty of all three, and it broke our hearts to get back on the bus again.

However, next destination: Amsterdam! We arrived in Amsterdam late and while some students went straight to sleep, others ventured out to explore this extremely unique city.
